:: Location
The location is in a quiet small slope with look to the sea. The construction is build in year 2003 in a custumary style and is in a large plot with a beautiful garden.

It encloses 14 studios with seaview on 3 floors reached by elevator.

On the groundfloor there is a reception with an ensembly hall, TV, breakfastroom and bar. On the roof garden there is another bar with a wonderful view to the sea, to the peninsula  Sithonia, and to Pinetrees.

The Studios are very spacious ( 35 m²),and tasteful furnished. They have living/sleepingroom with a double bed and separate beds. The rooms are furnished for 1-3 guests respectively for 2 adult and 2 children-baby bed free (of charge).you have in your room a small kitchen and a fridge, there you have the possibility to prepare your snacks. An aircondition, a large bath/toilet and a balcony or terrace with a nice vie complete your studio.

You spend you holidays in familiar surroundings. From this wonderful construction you can start your daily program. Kriopigi has a nice long sandy/gravel-beach.

There you can rent sunshades and deckchairs (chargeable). The way to the beach has a very good street and the distance is 500m. You can walk or you can go by the "Minibus" (free of charge) to the beach.

In the small lively place of Kriopigi are taverns and cafes. There you can enjoy your glass of wine and a typical greek food or a piece of cake and coffee. In Kriopigi are supermarkets for your daily purchase. The place has many walks surrounded with pinetrees, ideal hiking. A busstop is in the middle of the place. From here you can reach many other places, too.
