Pilot Beach Resort is built on grounds of 150,000 m2 and situated in an area of superb natural beauty, surrounded by olive groves, avocado trees and a fantastic, private sandy beach, stretching over a length of 400 meters. Pilot Beach Resort is located in prime position on the North-Western coast of Crete, in the “Almyrou-Bay” and close to the pretty fishing village of Georgioupolis, half way between the towns of Rethimnon and Chania in an area of breathtaking beauty, with villages still keeping their rural character and others with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and night life.
The architecture of the main building combines traditional Cretan elements with distinctive luxury. The bungalow complex, built on grounds of 120,000 sq.m. around the swimming pools and in the blooming gardens or on the beach, offers incomparable Cretan hospitality.

The Pilot Beach Resort has 450 rooms, all in bungalow style and with views of the pools or the Cretan sea.

Superior Bungalows
Spattered all over the colorful gardens and mostly around the swimming pools are the bungalows, in order to provide peace and quiet for their guests. They are spacious with about 30 sq.m. each, with 2 beds and a sofa, tastefully decorated and furnished. They have views of the pools and of the gardens. A Superior Bungalow can host 2-4 persons.

Family Junior Suites
The family junior suites are approx. 42 sq.m. each, equipped as the Superior Bungalows but consisting of one master bedroom and a second bedroom with two separate beds, with one shared bathroom. A Family Junior Suite can host 2-4 persons.
Deluxe Panorama Suites with Pool Views
The luxury suites are approx. 60 sq.m. each and consist of 2 rooms, 1 bedroom and 1 sitting room, bathroom with hydro massage and a large terrace with panoramic views. Hosting capacity 2 adults.
Presidential Suite
The presidential suite is 120 sq.m. large, luxuriously equipped and tastefully & exclusively furnished. Consisting of 2 rooms, one with a separate terrace and walk-in wardrobe, a spacious, luxurious sitting room and a big terrace, fully equipped kitchen. Exceptional views of the pool and the White Mountains. Presidential Suite can host 2 persons.
Bungalows with Sea View
Spacious with approx. 24 sq.m., floor tiles and carpets in soft colors. Consisting of 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa. Hosting capacity 2-3 persons.
Family Bungalows with Sea View
The Family Bungalows with Sea View are located on the beach, approx. 28 sq.m. large and consist of 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 2 sofas. Equipped as the Bungalows with Sea View. Hosting capacity 2-4 persons.
Deluxe Panorama Suites with Sea View
The Deluxe Panorama Suites with Sea View are approx. 45 sq.m., tastefully furnished and decorated in soft colors. They consist of 2 rooms unified to one (1 bedroom and 1 sitting room), bathroom and a large terrace with amazing views of the sea. Hosting capacity 2 adults.

Central Pool:
A large fresh water pool in the shape of a small lake with a part surrounded by sand and various types of Bungalows placed around it. Its total area is 1800 square metres and it includes a children's pool as well as a children's play area.

Beach Pool:
Next to the terrace of the seaside restaurant “Gialos” and the Pool Bar “Aura” with a view of the Cretan archipelago, lies the beach pool with a total area of 400 square metres including a children's pool.
Two pools in the gardens:
Between the Bungalows two additional pools are situated combining peace and tranquillity. Their total area is 500 square metres including a children's pool.
Heated Indoor Pool:
Next to the exclusive Health Club lies the heated indoor pool with 100 square metres of naturally lit area. The pool is heated from October to April.

Free beach towels are provided to hotel guests.
Free recliners are provided around the hotel swimming pools.
Entertainment Programmes are offered at the pools for both adults and children.
At the beach you can find marine sport activities such as Windsurfing, Water Ski, Pedal Boats, Canoes, Rings and Banana rides as well as Parachute rides.

by plane - you can choose between the two international airports of the island, connecting Crete with the rest of the world, with daily charter and scheduled flights, all year round.
These airports are close to the two major cities of the island, Heraklion and Chania (Daskalojannis Airport Chania). Most of the scheduled flights from these two airports are headed towards “Eleftherios Venizelos Airport” of Athens.

by ferry - he can choose one of the four large harbors of the island. These harbors are close to the four biggest cities (Heraklion, Chania, Rethimnon, Agios Nikolaos) and are operating daily, all year round.
