Possidonion Hotel is a B' class hotel, located in the settlement of Possidonia, on the southwestern part of Syros Island. The hotel is situated on the town's beach and offers a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

The hotel is comprised of a main building and 3 bungalow complexes. The main building contains 5 double and 19 single rooms, while the bungalow complexes are comprised of 35 rooms in total, all of which are traditionally decorated in the Cycladic Island style with white washed walls and wooden furniture. Possidonia is located on the southwest coast of Syros and is the most popular seaside resort on the island. The town is also called Della Grazia after the Catholic Church Madonna della Grazia.
