Room Types

There are two types of apartments available in Athens Centro Residence Apart Hotel:

Standard Apartment (1-3 pax)

One bedroom with a double or two single beds, one living room, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and one entrance hall.

The third person can be accommodated in the living room where there is a sofa with a regular mattress.

Superior Apartment (1-4 pax)

One bedroom with a double or two single beds, two living rooms, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

The third and fourth persons can be accommodated in one of the living rooms.

Hotel Services

Cleaning service is provided every other day.

Laundry service and parking facilities on request.

SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

If the cancellation occurs:

-from 11 days or more prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, there is no charge

-between 10 and 5 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, there is a 50% cancellation charge (on the charge of the whole stay)

-up to and including 4 days prior to arrival of the client-visitor, the whole stay is charged
