Hotel Athos is situated right in the centre of Plaka - the Old Town of Athens. It is less then 5 min walk to Syntagma Square and about 10 min to Acropolis. It is the centre of Athens - romantic and safe area.

ATHOS Hotel is located in Plaka, the center of the ancient city of Athens, a picturesque and secure area for your strolling. Noteworthy monuments that attract the attention of our clients are the Ancient Market (Agora), whose history goes back to the Neolithic times and comprises monuments of different periods. Ancient Roman Market, the Gardens of Zappeion, Lysicratos monument, the Acropolis.

The hotel Athos Athens has 18 rooms (13 double rooms, 5 triple rooms)
There are two different types of rooms, the standard and the superior. Both versions have the same equipment.
The advantages of the Superior rooms are the greater comfort and the private balconies with the enchanting view of the Acropolis.

Among the lobbies of our Hotel the Roof Garden is of significant importance. It is located at the 6th floor of the Hotel, where our clients can enjoy their drink or coffee relishing the unique tranquility and the panoramic Acropolis view

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Athens, in the picturesque area of Plaka and very close to all public transport.

Directions from the Subway (Metro): Less then 5 minutes walk from Syntagma and Monastiraki station to Patrou street

by taxi: the fare is approximately 20-30 EUR
by bus (Express E95): Get off at Syntagma square (end of the line). Then follow Mitropoleos street. Hotel is located in Patrou street 3 (Forth block on the left).
