BALLOS APARTMENTS - NEA MAKRI - ATHENS

In Nea Makri, Attica, just 30 km outside of Athens, we have the Ballos Apartments, a building of furnished apartments surrounded by a big garden full of palm trees , flowers, pergolas and b.b.q.

The hotel is situated on the beachfront with a beach that has been awarded with the blue flag from the Greek Tourist Organization (GTO) and is one of the few beaches in Attica that have been awarded for clean and clear waters. Just in front of the hotel there is a sidewalk that goes seaside for 8 kilometers making ideal for long walks along the sea.


The apartments (each 60 sq meters ) can accommodate up to 4 persons, and are fully furnished with air conditioning and t.v, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , bathroom, and big verandas with sea or mountain view.

Nea Makri with the new road infrastructures is very close to downtown Athens (40 min) , Athens International Airport ( 30 min) , Schinias Rowing Center (10 min) , Rafina Port ( 10 min) , Rafina port serves major Greek islands like Mykonos, Santorini, Paros and more.
Very close to the hotel there are many restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias and also many super markets. The city of Nea Makri has also a small hospital.
